2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. About 15 minutes by
car from Shenzhen airport we pick you up there. All our clients, from home or abroad, are
warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: For the first order, can we place a sample order?
A: Yes,of course.It's our honor to offer you sample.
4. Q: About the quality control, how will your factory guarantee it?
A:Quality is priority.We have Total Quality Management System to control quality. We
have our own professional engineer with many years’ experience. Our factory has gained
FCC, CE, RoHS authentication.
5. Q:What is the delivery time?
A:For the one have in stock finish product, the delivery time is within 3- 5 days; with
enclosure only in stock is 7-10 days; without in stock 20-25 days; for customized samples
and large quantities bulk order, the delivery time is 20-30 days.
6.Q:What is the price? And do you provide customization, OEM or ODM service?
A:Our price depends on the functions, sizes, designs, quantities, applications etc, please send
the inquiry and tell us more about your requirements and project then enable us to quote the
price accordingly. We have structure engineer team which can provide customization, OEM or
ODM service.
7.Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: Best service provided for our customers not only before sale service but whole life of the goods.
-Warranty period:one year for whole machine.We will help solve it on line via TeamViewer with our
engineer.
-How to deal with warranty:If damaged by non-artificial,the buyer should pay the freight when sending
the defect parts to the seller,and the seller should pay the freight when sending the replacements or
repaired parts to the buyer.
